Founded by Nivea, a 30-Year Veteran Instructor Passionate About Fitness and Studio Success
After three decades of inspiring clients to reach their goals, I’ve seen just about everything in the fitness world. Most recently, I taught in the Pilates space, where my love for health and wellness grew stronger than ever.
But through years of working for various studio owners—and even managing multiple locations across South Carolina and Georgia—I noticed a clear pattern: independent studio owners, franchisees, and boutique fitness leaders are stretched thin.
